Problemas com os arquivos .PSD

Pode ter acontecido algum conflito com o seu windows.
Pelo Windows Explorer, selecione um dos arquivo PSDs.
Clique com o botão direito e escolha a opção "ABRIR COM"
Escolha abrir com "ESCOLHER OUTRO APLICATIVO"
Role para baixo e vá na opção "ESCOLHA UM APLICATIVO NO SEU PC"
Localize o executável do seu Photoshop, que provavelmente está em C:\Arquivos de Programa\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2024\Photoshop.exe
Marque para sempre abrir com esse programa.

Provavelmente isso vai resolver o seu problema.

Are you unable to open PSD files in Photoshop, or are you having trouble setting your OS to use Photoshop for PSD files by default? Could you provide some screenshots to help illustrate the issue?
