probléme avec les filtres esquisse

Bonjour j'ai un problème avec Photoshop CC lorsque que je souhaite utiliser les filtres  Esquisse la plupart ne fonctionnent pas. je me retrouve avec un blanc à l'écran. J'ai donc désinstaller Photoshop CC puis je l'ai réinstaller mais cela n'a rien changer, j'ai toujours le même problème.

    Some Filters use the colors as indicated in the Toolbox so please try resetting them by hitting the key D.

    Hi Julie,

    Have you reset your foreground and background swatches as mentioned by C_P several times in this thread? If not, show a screen shot of these two swatches in your Tools panel as well as your Layers panel.

      sur 14 filtres 9 ne fonctionne pas; se sont: Filtre, Galerie de filtre, Esquisse: les filtres qui ne fonctionne pas sont, bas relief, contour déchiré, fusain, motif de demi- teintes, photocopie, plâtre, plume calligraphique , réticulation, tampon

        Hello I have a problem with Photoshop CC when I want to use the sketch filters most do not work. I find myself with a white on the screen. I have therefore uninstall Photoshop CC then I reinstall but there is change, I still have the same problem.
