Problème de calage d'un tracé Photoshop

Bonjour,

Dear all,

Could you help me solve a problem of moving a large complex path (selected) in Photoshop.

The more I enlarge it to adjust its position and deformation (perspective) very closely, the less it agrees to move.

Either he refuses to move or he jumps up a notch, never in the right place.

Unable to position it precisely based on another (unselected) path.

I would like to point out that the magnetism function is not activated.

How can we avoid this problem which prevents any precision in the positioning of the paths?

Thank you in advance for your help,

Pierre

Could you please post scree recordings with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, Paths, …) visible to illustrate the issue?

Hello,

Thank you very much, I will try to answer you.

I am attaching screenshots that show the problem.

The movement of the lines is done in jumps as soon as I work in enlargement.

Images 1 - 2 - 3 show the perspective of a drawing on a reference layer.

Image 4 shows the difficulty of movement up close. The path moves jerkily.

Image 5 shows the impossibility of making a third line coincide with the intersection of the first two lines.

When I do the same thing with Illustrator, it works great.

I can move a very fine line (0.0001) very closely and make it coincide with a first intersection.

Image 6 shows this operation at the highest.

Only problem: some tools (perspective) only exist in Photoshop 2025, not in Illustrator.

Thanks again for your help.

Pierre
