Probleme enregistrement photos apres traitement

Bonjour , je ne comprend pas pourquoi je ne peux plus enregistrer correctement mes photos en jpg, je ne connais pas le mot technique pour ce probleme mais l'image est casse avec melange de couleur,

    @Dodo57 as @Ged_Traynor that appears to be a GPU issue.

    Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

    @Dodo57 what exact version of Photoshop do you have, looks like a GPU related issue, go to Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews and enable this option, then restart Photoshop to see if it helps
