Problems saving

Can you provide us with more information? What do you do before "Solve it" is displayed? Can you describe the steps? Is it possible to capture some screenshots to illustrate the issue?

Have you installed both 2024 and 2025 on your machine? You open a file in Photoshop 2024, and when you click Save, it opens a dialogue? Can you capture that dialogue?

• Which operating system are you using?

• A screenshot of the "Solve it" error message would be really helpful.

• Is the issue limited to a specific file? If so, would you be comfortable sharing the file with us for a closer look? If it's confidential, feel free to send it via DM. You can upload it to Creative Cloud, Dropbox, or any similar service and share the link here.
