Problems using adobe

hi, I have problems with starting section in photoshop and the other adobe programs and about 4 days ago I paid for the students plan that said I had access to several of the programs, I don't know what's happening and I have to do something urgently.

@lucia_5865 can you explain in more detail about the issues you have, have downloaded and installed the Adobe Creative Cloud app and signed in with your Adobe account.
