Problems with Interface and AI pic tutorial

After the update (25.6) I have some very annoying and I think serious issues with th interface.

  • Sometimes when starting I cannot see anything or some weird letters (like Home is written one letter down the other) or the "New File" blue button is only, well a blue button. Nothing written on it.
  • After entering I see always the AI tutorial pic with that video. Every time. I don't want this.
  • I cannot find the common print pages size to start (A4, A3 etc)
  • Also very often the tool bar is blank, only a grey box. I restarted photoshop or even my PC several times and sometimes it seems to be ok...

Never experienced such problems using Photoshop almost 6 years.

I use Windows 10.

Format? Oh, no. That is a not acceptable for me for a malfunction of a program. I unistalled the latest version and then installed 25.0. But the problem was still there. So I installed version 24.7.3 and now is working ok. As I said in my first post, never experienced something like that with Photoshop, I am so frustrated, it is very serious problems because it affects my work and my deadlines...

@Stefan Vlas I had the same issue as you, the only way I could fix the issue was to take the nuclear route and format my C drive and reinstall everything, it's an absolute disaster when it happens!

I finally have Photoshop 25.6 opening without that stupid annoying AI tutorial
