Problems with the preview of my image in the filters gallery

I'm having problems see the preview of my image when I open the filters gallery, in fact everything is black! The filters still appear to work but youo can only see the effect after closing the filter window. Any help would be very appreciated! The image is 8bit and RGB.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Does turning on »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

I've restarted after turning off graphic Processor, nothing changes, I'm not sure where to turn off the Native canvas, see image grab
