professional print and layout plug in

PLEASE HELP!  
We have recently downloaded canon professional print and layout onto our new laptop. We can't seem to get it to work on photoshop. We have gone through the Plug-ins system but still not working.... any advice or does anybody know how to get it onto photoshop?
