I've already tried everything it says on "how to fix" and nothing worked.

Hello there!

It's Windows 11.

And, so far, only the one mentioned above. The file was saved in my Drive, then I moved to my desktop local disk, but still got the same problem.

Apologies for the delayed response. The program error can occur due to multiple reasons. Could you please try the steps mentioned here: Troubleshoot Program Errors Opening PSD Files , and share your observations with us.

Hi, we're sorry about the trouble! 

What version of Windows are you working on? Are you experiencing this error on multiple files or just the one mentioned in the error? If that's the only one, where is the file saved? 

If the file is saved on an external drive, try moving the file to your computer's local storage and try to open the file.
