Hallo, ich habe vor über 10 Jahren verschiedene Adobe Produkte gekauft, zum Beispiel Lightroom mit verschiedenen Updates, Photoshop CS4und CS6. Ich möchte diese jetzt gerne verkaufen, habe auch schon einen Käufer und wüsste gerne, wie ich alle Seriennummern offiziell übertragen kann. Adobe ist ja per E-Mail überhaupt nicht zu erreichen. Wie also soll ich so etwas einreichen? Mein Adobe Account zeigt die Seriennummern auch nicht von allen meinen Programmen. Das CS6 habe ich von meinen Computern bereits deaktiviert. Wie gehe ich korrekt vor? Schöne Grüße, Jana

I honestly doubt they do license transfers of these old products anymore. It's been 13 years... but I may be wrong. In any case, we can't help with that here. You need to get in touch with an Adobe rep directly.

 

Just a heads up, CS4 is worth precisely nothing now. It can't be activated, period. CS6 will likely go the same way shortly.

Thank you for your reply. I don't see a way to speak or write to an Adobe employee. Where can I do that?
