En PS 2023

Sin embargo, abriendo directamente el archivo con PS no se produce el recorte.

To confirm: are you saying the issue is with the Windows Photos Viewer and not with Adobe Photoshop?

Desde Fotos Windows Visor abro el archivo doy "abrir con" de Windows y
elijo PS 2023: Se abre en Camera raw recortándose la imagen. Si hago lo
mismo desde el explorador de windows, el tamaño se respeta.
Parece, pues, un problema entre el Visor de Windows y Photoshop.
