PS 25.1.0 Spot Healing Brush (White Pixels Glitch)

Major glitch? Or this how the new The "healed" areas where done with the normal healing tool , but it was giving me a square white box glitch (if I zoomed in or out of the image it would dissapear), then I attempted to use the spot healing brush to eliminate the wires but it was even worse. I have a Ryzen CPU (24 cores + NVIDIA 4070ti).
