PS 26.3.0 unresponsive or quits after 15.3.2 update

Question

Was working good til update. Infrequent, but launch app and can't do anything. Have to force quit. Today was working on a small layered file, just doing some minor cloning,etc. and it just quit, crash report came up and I responded, reply was no fix known?

Saw a new ps update available, but saw someone was having similar issues after update.

Another minor, but annoying issue. Save image and go back to open from finder and it's greyed out. Can close window, open again, and it's good to go. Also, can open from recent.

On mac mini M4, 15.3.2

Hey, @Howard_7734. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more information to help you figure this out. Please share a video of the issue and the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

Does it behave as mentioned after a specific set of steps? What troubleshooting steps have you tried already?

Also, please test and confirm if the issue exists with Photoshop (Beta). You can get Photoshop (beta) from the Creative Cloud > Apps tab > Beta Apps section.
