PS 27.3.1 Cannot Create New File, Cannot Save Existing File, Cannot Crop

Photoshop worked fine earlier today. Now, when clicking New file and then Create, the modal closes but nothing happens. No new file is created.

I also tried to save an existing file. It did not save, even though the workflow to save didn’t not result in any errors.

I had tried to crop an existing file. Nothing happened when I tried to crop.

I can’t try any other actions, because I closed and re-opened Photoshop as a potential solution. So all files are now closed, and I cannot open any files in Photoshop.

Nothing like these issues has ever happened before. All other programs are working. Adobe XD is working, Microsoft products are working, Chrome is working. My mouse and keypad are working.

Thank you. I did do that. It did not work immediately, so I shut down for the night to recover. Emotionally. LOL. But by this morning, I’m able to use Photoshop again. Thank you for the help.
