Question

PS Beta 26.3 can't create certain Adjustment Layers in 16bit Grey

With the newest beta I cannot create certain Adjustment layers like Exposure working on an existing older file in 16bit Greys.  Opening the same file in PS 2025 I can create the Adj. layers as expected.  The beta will allow an existing Adj. Exposure layer to work, I can duplicate it, but to create a new one, the option is greyed out.  I have exited and restarted, I had used the 'reset prefs after quit' and that did not fix, either.

Until the bug gets fixed you can use Window>Adjustments or Layer>New Adjustment Layer to create an Exposure Adjustment Layer.
