I am using a MacBook Pro and an Apple Studio. The last couple of PS updates have caused me to get the following error on both machines. Any suggestions or ideas?

After you try the things DFosse suggests, try these:

    1. Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and follow the instructions here:
      https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/run-creative-cloud-cleaner-tool.html
    2. Create a second Administrator account (if you don’t already have one) and see if it works there.

One, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall?

Two, have you tried to reset preferences? Corrupt preferences can cause all kinds of unpredictable problems.

I have had to uninstall and reinstall 3 times. Each one was after the latest update. I have not tried resetting preferences.
