Ps launches normally, then I immediately get a message that "Adobe Photoshop has encountered a problem and needs to close."

It is completely froozen at that point and I can only close it by going to Task Manager selecting Ps, then closing.   Tried uninstalling, then reinstalling....  No luck.

OS: Win11

Solved.

The problem was with my C drive(SSD) .  Had to completely reinstall Win11 after replacing SSD..  Then reinstalling PS .

It did over a year ago and was working fine until recently.

Also, Bridge works fine, and can modify images in Camera Raw, but can not bring them up in PS

I've tried deleting/reinstalling photoshop through CC ignoring presets, etc, but launching photoshop 25 in every way I can think of, stil crashes after the spash screen. Running Sonoma 141 on a acBook pro.

Hi @donv80914580 does your computer meet minimum system requirements?

If it does, your first option is to uninstall and remove preferences and then do a clean install from the CC Desktop app.
