PS iPad Not Saving or Importing

Question

Photoshop on my iPad Pro stopped saving projects on 10/09/2023 about 10:00 AM Pacific Time.
There is plenty of disk space.

It will save a project if it is generated in Photoshop. (But unfortunately I import photographs.)

At the same time it no longer will import images from Lightroom on the iPad (Edit In Photoshop) or import images from other apps. (I have successfully used Snapseed to export directly to PS for over a year.)

Importing from LR or an app brings you to Home Page of PS, as usual, but there is no additional processing and the imported image does not appear.

I can import an image directly into PS using the Home Page and "Import and Open"

But it still will not save.

I also tried to export a PSD file to Lightroom (because it will not save) but the "Export" button will not highlight.

PS is generating "auto save" messages as it usually does.

I believe that covers it.

I am also having an issue exporting from other apps to Photoshop on iPad.  I draw in procreate, then share files from there as a PSD into photoshop.  Usually this results in the file being opened in photoshop.  However I am now getting the same outcome as the original poster, the app will open to the home screen but do nothing after that. I can import from the app, but that means having to save the files elsewhere on my iPad which takes up storage that it doesn't have to and adds steps to what has been a very streamlined process.  This error seems to have started with the latest update, as it worked fine on the 4th of October, and my app updated on 8th of October. Thank you for any assistance.
