PS not displaying thumbnail images.

Question

Have a few issues here.Using most recent Photoshop subscription. Have deleted and reloaded Photoshop for a fix - didn't help.1 - Isn't recognising/opening some files that were originally created in Photoshop.2 - Not allowing me to save as jpegs - only a short list to include tiffs.3 - When desiring to print a PS jpeg, the printer kicks-off/ends PS program from the laptop.4 - PS won't display thumbnails in CLOUDThanks in advance

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
