PS, Pixels when I use Remove Tool

Tool creates weird pixel artifacts, GPU setting workaround doesn't work (v27.10.0)

When using the Remove Tool in Photoshop, instead of removing blemishes, weird pixel artifacts appear with every stroke.

I have checked other threads on this issue. Workarounds like unchecking "Use Graphics Processor" do not solve the problem for me.

This is often dismissed as a "Beta version bug," but I am currently running full release version 27.10.0 and the issue persists. Is there a permanent fix or a known bug report for this?
