PS wont opent PSDC, incompatible

Hello, im working on flyer. Almost finished, had to go, so i saves on cloud, for first time , every time save to pc, as psd file. Today im trying to open from creative cloud project folder, file flyer.psdc, and photoshop is showing error

"Couldn’t open “flayer.psdc” because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop."

There was an update for photoshop, i did update it to today last version. I even run  creative cloud software as administrator, and run photoshop as administrator. NO luck....

What is problem, can someone help me?

Thanks for replay, for some reason it didnt want to open file on my pc photoshop. When opening on web ps, it didnt offer me download. Now after u tried, i tried again on browser ps, and it showed me download, but at 1st time it showed error, 2nd try it crash chrome, 3rd time it succefull downloaded as psd file. Thanks mate

Glad it worked eventually. It may have been a sync issue, as in slower than usual.

    It opens fine for me in PS web (although I have an issue because the file is CMYK)


    However, when downloading it as a .psd (non cloud version)
    It gives me an error


    If I try to open it from my cloud documents (It saves automatically), then it opens with PS WEB by default for some reason


    See the "online only"

    Where di you create this file in the first place? (web, or on the desktop software?)
