When I was using the brush tool, PS jumped out of the pop-up window and said that I couldn't use the brush tool because the result would be too big. I tried many ways without any effect.

The maximum size for the brush tool is 5000 pixels.  Are you using a function that tries to take the brush beyond that size?  If you can explain what you are doing that leads to the error message, we'll be more help to you.

I just follow the normal process, create a new canvas 600PX*600PX, resolution 72, use the brush tool, this will happen, my brush is very small, only 5 pixels, but he still can't, I uninstall now, re- Try it, if it doesn't work, it may be a computer problem. I don't have this situation on other computers. I wish you good luck.

Please read this (in particular the section titled "Supply pertinent information for quicker answers"):

    https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7044

Maybe posting a few screenshot indulging all pertinent Panels (Tool, Brushes, Layers, …) might help illustrate the issue.

Have you reset the Tool yet?

I am a Chinese, the Chinese displayed on the picture, translated means "can not use the brush tool, because the result will be too large." Thank you for replying to me. This problem has been bothering me for a long time. Every time I use the brush tool, it jumps out.

Have you reset the Tool yet?

Please post a screenshot including the pertinent Panels (Tool, Brushes, Layers, …)

What are the image’s pixel dimensions and resolution?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
