PSD file corrupted while saving. Couldn't open

Hi,
A PSD file was corrupted while saving (PC crashed).

It can't be opened. It says:

Couldn't open "File.PSD" because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop.

Of course I hadn't changed the version.

The file is big enough, I mean the information is in there, probably there was a small mistake.

It was a whole day work, please help!

Same thing happening to my files (PSD, INDD and PRPROJ files). Anything saved in the past month or so is now 'corrupt'. Haven't updated the programs, but now have to recreate everything from scratch. Happening on multiple devices, with both local and cloud saves.

Do you have any previous saves or autosaves?

I had saved a few times. But the last save failed.

I tried a few "fixing" programs without result.

It's not the first time such thing happens to me. And I never fixed it. I copy my work files every evening. Unfortunately this happened in the evening. 😞
