Is there a way to read an actions palette psp file other then dropping in the AppData/PS folder...? every time i drop the backup in that folder it overwrites it with the default actions. I have two backup files and they will not work. Is there a way to extract the actions from the actionspalette.PSP file? Windows 10 is the OS

Not that I know of, only if the .psp can be successfully loaded into Photoshop with the action sets/actions accessible to save to .atn file.

The .psp file isn't a great "backup", it's a preference file. Always save action sets and their actions to .atn file.

Boggles my mind that all those presets users make arent automaticly stored in adobe cloud!
I mean I got a crash, reinstalled Suite, lost all my presets for PS, AE, ILL...  so sad 😞

what is up? why is not all saved in cloud?
