edit pin doesnt show after I clicked and the preview layer doesnt appear when I tried move the pict.. can anybody help me?

If this doesn't help please be more precise. What you're trying to do? Which operatings system and which Photoshop version do you use?

If it's possible post some screenshots that shows the issue.

 

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.
