RAW filter only works with some JPGs?

I formatted the size on 8 original JPG images on PS. Then saved them all as copies. (only way to save JPGs for some reason.)  Later I wanted to adjust images with Raw filter.  On four images it worked fine, but on four others this dialog box popped up:

"The ICC color profile of this document is not compatible with Camera Raw Filter. Convert document to another profile to apply the Camera Raw Filter."

Help?

What worked?? What was the profile?

Strangely the profile on the images I could not work on in RAW was

RGB-sRGB-sRGB-IEC61966-2.1.  I switched it to working RGB-sRGB 1EC61966.2.1
Process worked fine.

There are multiple ways (status bar, info panel) – but what if you go Edit > Convert to Profile, what is listed as the source/from profile? Please note the exact name or provide a screenshot.
