CMYK is not RGB and in your example the overlap or R, G and B is white(-ish), not black(-ish) as it should be in CMYK.

Setting the Blend Mode for 100% Cyan, 100% Magenta, 100% yellow to »Multiply« (over white) in CMYK will produce red, green and blue, but naturally not RGB.

What is the point of this exercise?

One could also put the multiplying Layers into a Group with the Blend Mode »Normal«.
