Could you please share more details, like your system configuration, from Help> System info> Copy and paste it into a text file and attach it with your response? How exactly are you using the content-aware fill ( I need to know your workflow)? Just to be clear, are you getting the exact same error code, or is it any different from the one posted by OP? Also, a screen recording or relevant screenshots of the issue would be helpful to get a clearer idea of the issue. You can share via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another public file-sharing platform.
