Ik ben van plan om een nieuwe laptop met W 11 aan te schaffen.

Kan iemand mij vertellen hoe ik de apps uit mijn account over kan brengen

op mijn nieuwe laptop.

In addition, do not transfer the apps. Install as per Ged's instructions.
