Now it's happening in Photoshop!  WHO THOUGHT IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO DISTRACT ARTISTS!!???  Why is there no way to get rid of this crap!?  "Try it later"; you can't even tell it "skip", let alone disable this garbage distraction — I AM SO FURIOUS, ADOBE!

I know this can be frustrating. Please try the following steps:

1. Open Photoshop.

2. Go to Photoshop > Preferences (on Mac) or Edit > Preferences (on Windows).

3. Select "Tools" from the sidebar.

4. Uncheck "Show Rich Tooltips."

5. Click "OK" to save your changes.

If you want to re-enable it later, just follow the same steps and check the "Show Rich Tooltips" option.
