Hey Folks I've recently had my computer worked on and had my HardDrive replaced with a Solid State Drive. Before i had this done I had CS5 Extended on my machine and it worked fine with no issues but now after replacing the drive I cannot install CS5 Extended onto my PC. When I go to my "Adobe Account" then "Products" I can see all of my past products and keys, I then press download on the most recent one that I want and am met with an error.  I'll try and attach the error I recieve as a photo.

@Brian36261823e64r you can download either CS5 or CS6 from the below links

https://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html

https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html

Be warned that if you have used your 2 activation counts and have not deactivated Photoshop before installing the new SSD, you won't be able to reactivate it again, Adobe no longer resets activation counts

Your post says CS5, but the error message is for CS6.

CS5 is ancient software from 14 years ago. It was built to run on Windows XP with Service Pack 3 which Microsoft ended 10 years ago!
