- Please share the version of Photoshop you're using and the version of your operating system.

- Could you please share whether you have submitted any crash reports? Please use the email ID you use on the community when you submit.

- What exactly happens when the system crashes? Are you presented with any error codes? Please share a screenshot if that is the case.
