Thanks for reaching out! Could you share a few more details about the issue? What version of Photoshop are you currently using? Also, are you seeing any error messages when trying to download the neural filters, or is something else happening during the download?

Hey, @Maadhurya. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. This thread is from a few months ago, and there have been significant updates for Creative Cloud and Photoshop.

Please share more details, and provide the system information from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach it here.

Try these things & let me know the outcomes:

Try to redownload the Neural filter library by going to this location on
Windows: %appdata%\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\PluginsStorage\PHSP\26\Internal\com adobe nfp gallery\PluginData

Try Photoshop Beta from the Creative Cloud desktop app - the Neural filter models will be downloaded separately.
