realistic embroidery v2 styles are not loading onto photoshop

the realistic embroidery v2 styles are not loading onto photoshop. I have loaded all the brushes and actions and have done everything according to the video. The Update for Photoshop is up to date. When I pull up the file, the styles seem to have some kind of warning on it. What should I do?
