Reference Image button appearing grayed out

Overnight, reference accuracy in Nanobanana Pro inside PS is absolutely terrible. Like, non-existant. And the reference image button is gray randomly. Are these known issues? If so, I need to cancel my three weekly credit re-ups…

    Sorry, but I had to revert back to the previous version of PS, so I can’t send any screen grabs. The whole thing way beyond irritating.
