reflection removal is not working

i know that there is some problem with reflection removal section, but in camera raw, it is not working also, it cant remove anything, do you know guys how to solve this problem, or its a worldwide problem?

We’ve tried to fix similar issues in our recent releases. Please update to the latest version 27.8 and let us know how it goes.

Please go to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.

Are you getting an error or any prompt when trying to use Reflection removal?

We're here to help, just need some more information to help figure this out.

Hi , thanks for the answer,

i am not getting any error message, but when im trying to remove reflection from camera raw, it just dont make anything, (my file is 8bit) , also the removal section is not visible from menu, edit> .
