Registration / Locate Remote Server / Save as Web

I have three problems that may be related.

1. I cannot register. An undefined registration error is reported.

2. I get the error message "Could not locate remote server"

3. I cannot save photos as web graphics because the function is grayed out.

Does anyone know this problem?
