Remove Tool Mutiple Passes IOT Remove Object

The Remove Tool requires multiple passes to remove multiple objects in an image. Changed the Image Processing to "More Stable" and rebooted. No change.

PS ver 26.7.0

Although this is not an isolated incident and has happened numerous times in the past. However, just tried it again on the latest image I had a problem with and it worked flawlessly.
