Remove Tool not working

I am trying to remove objects from my picture with the remove tool but it keeps telling me "Program error". I have tried reinstalling photoshop, running as administratior, clearing cache, and unchecking GPU processor in performance. Nothing is working. Any Ideas? It is doing this for all of my files.

Ensure Photoshop is updated to the latest version and update your graphics card drivers.

I understand how frustrating this must be! To help figure this out, could you please share your system info? You can find it by going to Help > System Info in the program—just copy and paste the details into a text file and attach it here. That way, I can take a closer look and better support you.

Also, does the program error happen only when you try to use the remove tool, or does it show up at other times too?
