RE: Photoshop 26.11.0 Release – Generative AI Feature Request

--

The generative AI spot removal tool in the latest release is similar to the one that has been implemented in the Lightroom App (Mobile) for some time. However, the LR Mobile (iPhone) contains an additional feature that, I use all the time, and is extremely useful: the Generative AI output, it creates Three different outputs; there is a "Refine" button giving the user to choose from the 3 different versions of the output (e.g.,  toggle between < 1 / 3 > ; < 2 / 3 > ; < 3 / 3 > ; there are minor differences in the details, color produced by AI models that the user might prefer in one output version than another). Screenshots posted below. I use this feature all the time in LR, and I wish it was included in the PS release. I hope that feature can be added in a future PS release.

Thanks!

Hey, @bmbutle2. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

You can use the Marquee Tool > Generative Fill > skip adding a prompt, and click Generative Fill and have 3 variations generated to fill in.

Thanks!
