Removing Photoshop Artificial Idiot features

Does anyone know how to remove the godawful 'AI' features from Photoshop? Come to think of it, removing the 'features' from Indesign and Illustrator would be nice.

AI with Adobe is like someone has given the pet Labrador a new squeaky toy, and it won't desist. Please, someone, stop it . . .

That's a very fitting description 😉

Yeah, I hate it too, and the destructive potential is limitless. There is an open feature request for a switch to completely disable it. The response was that they'd look into it. Can't find it now, but feature requests work by votes, so it might be worthwhile to try to locate it.

Edit - here it is:

Thanks for the feedback and the link. The posts were very informative. And I've voted! (Adobe won't listen - too much of their bottom line is going to come from scalping content to teach AI).
