Renaming of files saved after editing

Some months ago I setup an auto renaming of files saved after editing.  Due to a significant change in my filing I now need to revert back to the standard Photoshop system, but cannot remember or even find out how I did it.

Can anyone help me?

How do you save your files? Standard Photoshop manual saves, droplets or do you use a script?

Dou you have anything set under File > Scripts > Script Events Manager

I open the files from Lightroom (Edit Copy with Lightroom Adjustments).  At this point the filename is as the original.  I then carry out any further editing, close the Photoshop file (this panel appears

This is when Adobe changes the name to (Date-Sequence) as I originally requested.

I now want it to retain the original filename, I don't mind an appendix

Perhaps you need to look into Lightroom.
