Render dialog box not coming

I am using photoshop cc 2017.I edited a picture with motion text.whenever i wanted to export video and render(Export>Render video),no dialog box was coming and began to buffering.I restarted the process,restarted pc but no progress.I cant export video.Please help if you know the solution.

We're really sorry for the hassle. Could you please update Photoshop to CC 2018 version via Creative Cloud desktop app and check if that helps.

Also, are you facing this issue with all files or with some specific files? Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences back to defaults?

I have tried resetting Photoshop preferences back to defaults but same as

before.

Have you tried updating the Photoshop to 19.1.4 version? You can update the Photoshop via Creative Cloud desktop app.
