Render Flame dialogue has no preview visible

After preparing and selecting my path and empty target layer I open the filter dialogue and the dialogue window shows no preview flame. Changing the flame settings does not alter this. However, when I click OK and exit the dialogue the flames render perfectly!

Yes, but when they updated it fixed their issue, but it doesn't seem to for you...we need to find a way to recreate what you are seeing before we can understand why.

Could you restart your computer, launch Ps and do a screen recording of your workflow showing the entire workspace until you get to the issue? That might be the best way to see what you are seeing and how you are getting there.

@Toni Retoka have you tried to update to the latest version of Ps, 24.4.1, does the issue persist? Also, have you tried to download the beta and see if it happens in that version of Ps, 24.5? This might give the team some idea what is going on in your system.

The problem persists with older versions and disabling third party plugins.

And from what I have read in this forum I am not the only user who has the same problem.

Initial thoughts are hardware, video card/drivers, also you seem to have a lot of third party plugins which might be an issue?
