Render Lighting effects

I'm new to PS so after watching some tutorials regarding Render/Lighting Effects... my layout isn't the same i.e., I don't see where I can actually move the lights on the photo, I only see the sliders to the right. Where can I access this and also how do I reset it back. Thanks in advance!
