Request for Cancellation and Waiver of Invoice

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently signed up for the free trial of Adobe Photoshop with the intention of using it only during the trial period. However, I received an invoice for a charge after the trial ended.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I had intended to cancel the subscription within the free trial period, but unfortunately I was unable to do so in time.

If possible, I would greatly appreciate your understanding and consideration regarding the invoice and subscription cancellation. I would be very grateful if you could kindly review my situation.

Thank you very much for your time and support. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

    We can’t do that on the forums.

    You will have to contact Adobe customer service and plead your case if you were beyond the 14 day period.

    @Junhwan Jeong

    Your question is not about how to use Photoshop. You would be better off posting to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum:

    https://community.adobe.com/account-payment-plan-4

    You didn’t say if you cancelled or when you cancelled.

    You can get a refund if you cancel within 14 days on a new subscription. Otherwise there is a fee for early cancellation of an annual plan. See this post for details:
