Resetting the key on old devices

Hi,
does anyone know how to contact support, but not through the virtual assistant? I'd like to reset devices (which I no longer have) where I have old CS5 software installed. I know such a reset is possible, but it has to be done by a human. Does anyone have an idea how to get through to support?

@maxtracing if you're referring to resetting activation counts, you're out of luck, Adobe no longer reset activation counts

This is very bad news, I liked my old Photoshop 😞

The worst part is it will let you DEactivate a PC but not activate a new one. And once you deactivate, you’re SOL on THAT PC, too. That’s pretty unethical, in my opinion.
