Question

Resettting devices on old Adobe versions

I have an old Adobe Suite (Serial number) and would like to reactivate Adobe Photoshop. When starting the program, I get a message that the program is in use by the maximum of computers, although at least one of them I have disposed. I heard somewhere that Adobe can do a reset, but when I asked over the support chat I was referred here to the community.

I also have an Adobe subscription with most programs that I pay monthly, but would like to get this old one going on a laptop also.

Adobe does not reset activations. You need to deactivate at least one activation on a computer that has CS installed before you can activate on another computer.
