Restore layers in JPEG file?

I created a multi-layered file and saved one copy as a TIFF and another as a JPEG. The TIFF got deleted. Is there a way to restore the compressed layers in the JPEG file? Thanks.

No, there is nothing to restore. JPEGs do not support layers.

    Do you have copies elsewhere or a backup plan like Time Machine or File History?
